Governor Ishaku of Taraba state on Tuesday 19th of November 2019 stormed the largest commercial and business centre of the country, Lagos and launched a Taraba state product, Highland Tea.
The decision to launch the product in Lagos may not be unconnected to the fact that it is the Jewel, the largest commercial centre and business hub of Nigeria. The launch is in line with Governor Ishaku's vision to promote the products of the state and to expand its operations to the Southern region of country. His commitment to make Taraba state an investment haven is a great service to the state. Highland Tea brands is a natural product and estate of Mambilla Beverages Limited, an investment arm of the Taraba State Investments and Properties Limited.
The grand launching of the Highland Tea is an official debut entry into the Southern region in Lagos. The aim is to penetrate the market and lure investors to partners and trade business with the state. The entry will also enable the product to meet the leaders of the market and compete for a place on the country's business chart.
As a good marketing start, the product was launched at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island Lagos, while the occasion was graced by Governor Ishaku, his wife, Barr Anna Darius Ishaku and dignitaries in attendance.
