Hon. Dr. Ahmad Dawud Jedua, the member representing Gembu Constituency were among the dignitaries that graced the turbaning ceremony of four new district heads, one kingmaker and two tittle holders. The event took place on Friday 6th November 2020.
The Hon. member received a heroic welcome from the mammoth crowd who were overwhelmed by the fulfillment of campaign promises made to them by His Excellency Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku and the Hon. member.
In an address delivered during the epoch making occasion, Hon. Dr. Jedua thanked the people of Kuma Chiefdom for being peaceful and having faith in the Governor Ishaku led administration, he pointed out that His Excellency has given his full approval for the turbaning ceremony inline with the tradition of the land.
Speaking in his capacity as the Chairman Sardauna Reformed Stakeholders Forum, Dr. Jedua charged the newly appointed traditional leaders to discharge their duties in the best interest of the masses and progress of the land, he warned against the abuse of office in any form as such will not be tolerated.

Others includes Alh. Mamudu Abubakar as Waziri Kuma. Alh. Dr. Annas Vaki as Ubandoma Kuma.and Alh. Umaru Gambo as Chigari Kuma respectively.
The turbaning ceremony was well attended by people from far and near, prominent among them includes Hon. Yusuf Tanimu Njeke. Alh. Abdulmumi Vaki. Barr. Ahmadu Leme. Hon. Matthew John Titong. Hon. Oliver Wubon. Alh Abubakar Bawa. Comr. Ismaila Dahiru Kakara. Hon. Esther Yenda.
