Governor Ishaku Reminds Tarabans of The Need To Maintain n-19 Protocols

The Taraba State Governor, Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku has again reminded Tarabans of the essentials to observe the COVID-19 protocols. The Governor stressed the need at the Christian Reform Church of Nigeria No.1 Jalingo. The Governor said, “Washing of hands with soap, wearing of face mask and physical distancing are the safest ways that the citizens can apply to protect themselves from contracting the lethal virus.”
Governor Ishaku disclosed that the state now has three testing centers, one at the Specialists’ Hospital Jalingo and Takum which has now lessened the challenge of carrying samples to Abuja. The governor thanked the people of the state for their continued prayers and support to his administration.
Rev Ishaya Kente in his sermon said any Christian who is not in Christ is incomplete taking his reference from Colossians chapter 10 and other scriptures emphasized that Christians can only be strengthened by the spirit of God.
The church service coincided with the Bible Society of Nigerian Day as various groups in the church rendered songs of praises to God. Wife of the Governor, Barr. Anna Darius Dickson Ishaku, Speaker, Rt. Honorable Joseph Albasu Kunini, Member representing Kurmi in the State Assembly, Hon. Tafarki Agbadu Enemy, Chief of Staff government house administration, Haruna Istifanus Gbana, Commissioners and other aids accompanied the governor to the service.
Citizens of the state should bear in mind that the world is on tenterhooks over the pandemic. As the COVID-19 lingers, we all remain potential victims and potential solutions the governor said.
