Kidnappers in recent times have had a field day in threatening the peace and development of Taraba state living inhabitants with fear of uncertainty as many finds it difficult to go for social gathering, engage in farming activities and most worrisome scared investors from doing business in the state.
The nefarious activities of kidnappers has scared Tarabans in other parts of the country and in diospera from coming home to reunite with their families especially during festivities a development which has caused Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku of Taraba State also sleepless nights strategising means of curbing the menance.
Recently the Governor empowered the local Vigilante to complement the effort of the conventional security agencies, a development which has yielded positive results.
The vigilantees in a fierce battle with kidnappers in Tau Village, Killed some many of them and arrested some of them ,a good effort which if sustain will rid the the of kidnappers.
As Governor Darius Dickson Ishaku always say "Give me peace and I will give you development "let's support the governor for development of the state.
