The theme for this year's is committed to cause working on the Frontline to end human trafficking .
Speaking on the importance of the day country director of symbols of hope projects Nigeria , Reverend Emmanuel Gabriel said the event was organised in jalingo to join other nations of the world to commemorate the day with a view to sensitizise the Youth on the danger's human trafficking .
Emmanuel who describe human trafficking as an evil act called on Government at all levels to enforce dearh sentence on human traffickers.
He noted that human traffickers are meddling with the dignity of human lives , adding that every part of the country is affected by the menace .
Reverend Emmanuel Gabriel however, called on federal and state government to intensify effort in creating job opportunities for the youth as well as involved them in governance.
